Job Purpose:
This position is responsible for assisting in the Industrial & Employee Relations
Requirement:
- Currently in the final year of a Bachelor’s degree in Law.
- Industrial and Employee Relations
- Employment and Labor Law
Area of Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing and archiving industrial relations documents.
- Support coordination with government institutions on labor-related matters.
- Assist in the investigation process and documentation of labor-related cases.
- Help implement training or socialization sessions on labor regulations for employees.
- Support the preparation of regular reports on industrial relations and labor law compliance.
- Assist in designing and executing workplace culture and employee engagement programs (e.g., engagement surveys, internal events, employee well-being initiatives, etc.).
