Job Purpose:
This position is responsible for assisting in the Industrial & Employee Relations

Requirement:

  • Currently in the final year of a Bachelor’s degree in Law.
  • Industrial and Employee Relations
  • Employment and Labor Law

Area of Responsibilities:

  1. Assist in managing and archiving industrial relations documents.
  2. Support coordination with government institutions on labor-related matters.
  3. Assist in the investigation process and documentation of labor-related cases.
  4. Help implement training or socialization sessions on labor regulations for employees.
  5. Support the preparation of regular reports on industrial relations and labor law compliance.
  6. Assist in designing and executing workplace culture and employee engagement programs (e.g., engagement surveys, internal events, employee well-being initiatives, etc.).
