    2. After the data is filled in, we will connect you to our Business Development team for further communication until we get a price agreement.
    3. After the agreement is made, the customer can have access to TMS to place an order and monitor the delivery until the payment process.
  4. What industries can use waresix services?
    Customers with different sector backgrounds have entrusted their shipments to waresix. The industry sectors include: Industrial, ICT (Infrastructure, Construction, Telecom), Raw Material & Commodity, State Owned Enterprise & Government (BUMN), FMCG, Agriculture, Retail and others.

    From small units such as Blindvan to containers and fleets for transporting heavy equipment.
  6. What is waresix's delivery range?
    waresix is connected to the widest network of transporters, so we can deliver all over Indonesia, from small towns to remote areas.
  7. How much does it cost to ship using waresix?

  8. What is the shipping price based on?
    The price itself depends on the agreement between Waresix and the customer. Delivery can depend on the size of the weight (tonnage), cbm, or also the distance of the trip from one place to another. In addition, the cost can increase if there are other additional services that occur during the delivery process. Everything can be inputted into the Waresix Operating System thus reducing manual input/calculations which makes work more efficient than conventional logistics.
  9. If you need an urgent order, can you order H-1?
    Because waresix has worked with the best network of transporter partners throughout Indonesia and is supported by integration and digitization, waresix always gets the fleet that suits your needs.
  10. Can it be delivered to individuals?

  14. How is the truck rental system at waresix? Does it have to be FTL or can it be shared space (LTL)?
    It can be both. It depends on the wants and needs of the customer.
  15. How is waresix's freight forwarding process?
    In brief, here is the flow that we can convey:
    1. Customers can place orders directly by logging into the waresix Operating System or through our help center team.
    2. The order will be assigned by our Operations team to the available unit along with the driver.
    3. The order is executed and updated by the Driver according to the agreed SLA.
    4. Charges are issued when the order is executed.
  16. Does waresix provide warehouses?
    If only warehouse services are required, this service is not currently available. Currently, warehouse services are available if the service includes in/out handling and trucking.
  17. What applications do customers use?
    At waresix, customers will have access to the Transport Management System (waresix Operating System) which can be used to create delivery orders, payments, delivery monitoring, etc.
  18. What do you use for tracking?
    At waresix, we use 3 applications in the form of wOS that can be used by customers, transporter app and driver app. With these three applications, orders made will be monitored in real time and easily because the driver who carries the goods is connected to the application.

  20. Can the waresix service serve domestic shipments or can it go abroad?

  21. What are the advantages of digital or non-conventional logistics?
    In addition to having competitive rates and services in the form of Transport, Custom Clearance, Ocean Freight, & Crossdocking which has the widest network in Indonesia, waresix is also supported by a Transport Management System that can facilitate customers in monitoring shipments in real time.
    1. Shipment Visibility Customers can monitor the position of goods using Waresix Operating System.
    2. E-pod (Electronic POD) Proof of delivery is electronic, to avoid lost documents.
    3. 1 Click Repeat order/Instant Order To place repeat orders, it will be easier with one click on the route and the price will appear automatically.
    4. Smart Intelligence Planning Provide the best route that is adjusted to the delivery schedule and the closest available fleet to ensure orders are delivered in accordance with SLA.
  22. How can I check the status of my shipment?
    After logging in, you can go to the Delivery order menu, select the "all" tab and enter the order number in question.
  23. My company name is wrong, what should I do?
    To change the company name, make sure it matches what is contained in the NPWP, then send the company name that matches the NPWP to help@waresix.com for the change process.

Become Transporter Partner

  1. I want to become a waresix transporter partner, how do I register?
    You can sign up to be our partner on the "Become Our Partner" page [link] or email help@waresix.com.
  2. I'm not a company, can I become a waresix transporter partner?
    Yes, you can.
  3. What are the requirements to become a waresix transporter partner? (individual)
    Simply complete legal documents such as:
    KTP/ID Card, Personal NPWP, copy of bank account book and pass verification.
  4. What are the requirements to become a waresix transporter partner? (company)
    Complete legality documents such as:
    Company Deed, NIB, Decree of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights, ID card of the Board of Directors, Company NPWP, Copy of Company Account Book, price quotation etc. and pass verification.
  5. What types of fleets can become waresix transporter partners?
    All types of trucks from small units such as Blind van to containers.
  6. How long is the registration process to become a waresix transporter partner?
    5 working days, starting from the time of collecting legal documents until the on-boarding process as a waresix transporter partner.
  7. What payment system does waresix use?
    Payment will be transferred to the account number registered in our system according to the agreed maturity.
  8. How long does the payment process take from waresix?
    Based on the time agreed by both parties in the Cooperation Agreement.
  9. When I become a waresix transporter, can I refuse an order?
    Yes, but we conduct regular performance reviews of our transporter partners.
  10. How do you receive orders at waresix?
    Upload the Final Price (VQ) that is in accordance with the target price, then confirm the Delivery Order through the application that we provide.
  11. How to do fleet tracking on waresix?
    You can see it on the application and dashboard provided by us. Delivery status will be updated regularly.

  11. What are the requirements to be accepted for an internship?
    Still an active student in the final stage of study (above semester 6).
  12. How long is the internship period at waresix?
    3-6 months, depending on the needs of the department.
